Free Level 2 Team Leading Course in Birkenhead. Classes run at Wirral Met College, part-time during the day, so you can fit study around other commitments. Over 12 weeks, you'll build the practical skills that team leaders and supervisors use every day: setting goals, supporting a team, and communicating with confidence. Entry requirements include four GCSEs at Grade 3 or above, or an introductory qualification, with at least one in Maths or English (or Functional Skills Level 1).
Who this course is for
The demand for effective leaders and managers is increasing. Entry requirements
This is to be discussed with the employer, but generally you will need 4 GCSE's at Grade 3 or above or a beginner/introductory qualification. One of the 4 GCSE's should be Maths or English at Grade 3 (or Functional Skill level 1) to study at this level.
