Free Level 2 Team Leading Course in Catterick Garrison. Classes run at Catterick Library & Information Centre on a part-time daytime basis, making it manageable alongside other commitments. Over six months, you'll build your understanding of team leading principles: how to support and motivate a team, communicate effectively, and manage day-to-day responsibilities. You'll have an initial assessment to confirm this is the right level for you.

Entry requirements
To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.

Learning takes place in the classroom at Catterick Library & Information Centre. You'll be assessed through written assignments and knowledge-based tasks that you complete during the course. There are no exams. Your tutor will guide you through each topic and support you with your assignments throughout the six months.
