How you will learn

You'll learn through hands-on practical work in a professional kitchen environment, supported by theory-based sessions. Assessment involves individual practical tasks for each unit, where you prepare, cook, and finish patisserie and confectionery products. There is also a synoptic assessment that draws together skills from across the course. Classes run on Mondays from 09:30 to 15:00.
