Free Level 2 Professional Cookery Course in Canterbury. Classes run at The Canterbury Academy, full-time during the day. This is a work-based qualification, so alongside classroom learning you'll gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry each week, including visits to local restaurants and London. The course runs for 540 hours in total. You'll need at least a Level 1 in Numeracy and Literacy to start. Bursaries are available for eligible students.

Entry requirements
Preferably studying food technology or generally having a real passion and interest in cooking. At least a Level 1 in Numeracy and Literacy required to start the NVQ
