Free Level 2 Professional Cookery Course in Hull. Classes run at Hull College, full-time during the day. This professional cookery course takes one year to complete. You'll learn to prepare and cook meat, offal, fish, sauces, and pastry. The course covers two qualifications: one in culinary skills and one in food service, with practical work in a training restaurant. You'll need four GCSEs at grade 3 or above, or a Level 1 subject qualification, plus completion of an introductory period.

Adult caterers from past years have participated in a number of local and National competitions with outstanding success.
