About this course

Free Level 2 Payroll Course. Study online, at your own pace, without travelling to a centre. The course takes around 4 hours to complete. You'll build your knowledge of computerised payroll, covering the processes businesses use to pay employees accurately and on time. It works well alongside an existing payroll or accounts role, or as a step toward more formal payroll qualifications. This is a free payroll course for adults aged 19 or over who meet the funding eligibility criteria.

This qualification is aimed at learners who are looking to expand their knowledge in this area as an addional qualification to support their role in payroll.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for funding for courses you must be over 19 years of age as at 31st August in the current academic year and not be an apprentice,further eligibility may be linked to where you live and your individual income.
