This course is ideal for people who have completed the Sage Business Cloud Computerised Payroll Level 1 qualification or who have some understanding of payroll functions and want to learn how to complete more advanced tasks, such as calculating statutory sick pay, statutory maternity pay and pension schemes, and more. Sage has developed this course to give you the most up-to-date skills required by employers. It’s also ideal if you want to run the computerised payroll system for your own business. This will save time and money, particularly if payroll tasks are usually outsourced to an accountant. Eligibility Criteria – this course is FREE if you: are aged 19+ on 31 August prior to starting the course, live in England, not within anon-funded postcode region , have been in the EU for three years for purposes other than study (and able to provide documentation), are not currently enrolled in an apprenticeship, have not completed any part of the course before, are claiming a state benefit and are unemployed and looking for work., are employed and earning under £20,319 before tax per annum in wages (excluding benefits), .
