About this course

Free Level 2 Mental Health First Aid Course. Study online. You can work through the course at your own pace, fitting study around your existing commitments. It covers mental health conditions, how to recognise signs of distress, and how to support colleagues effectively. The course also looks at mental health advocacy and building a supportive workplace culture. At 120 hours, it gives you solid grounding in both first aid and advocacy.
