Level 2 Electrical Installation Course in Scarborough. Classes run at Scarborough TEC, full-time during the day. If you're 16 to 18 years old, the course may be free. This full-time electrical installation qualification covers the core practical and technical skills you need to work in the electrical industry. The course runs for approximately 10 months. You'll study wiring systems, electrical theory, health and safety, and industry regulations.

What you will learn

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom teaching and practical workshop sessions at Scarborough TEC. Assessment includes written tests, practical assessments, and assignments that cover both the theoretical and hands-on elements of the qualification. You'll be assessed on your ability to carry out electrical installation tasks safely and correctly, as well as your understanding of underpinning electrical theory.
