Free Level 2 Electrical Installation Course in Bury. Classes run at Bury College, full-time during the day. This is a one-year course combining classroom theory with hands-on practical work. You'll study electrical science, wiring systems, health and safety, and installation technology. The course also includes work experience and employer engagement activities. To start, you'll need four GCSEs at grade 9 to 4, including English Language, Maths and Science, or a grade 9 to 4 in Maths and English Language plus a pass on the Level 1 Electrical Installation Course.

You'll need to purchase your own PPE before practical sessions begin. This includes a hi-visibility vest, gloves, safety goggles, and steel toe-capped boots. All PPE items are available to buy from Bury College at enrolment.
