Free Level 2 Conflict Management Course in Sheffield. Classes run at CTS Training Sheffield, during the day. This is a government-funded conflict management course for 16 to 19 year olds, and for 19 to 24 year olds with an Education, Health Care Plan. You'll learn how to recognise, manage, and de-escalate conflict situations. The course takes around 12 hours to complete. A level 2 conflict management qualification is useful in security, retail, healthcare, and many other customer-facing roles.

Or 19-24 with an Education, Health Care Plan, have evidence that you legally reside in the UK, are you a school leaver who didnt quite get the grades when you left school at or before year 11 or sixth form or college? No matter how well you did prior, we can help you get where you want to be on a CTS Study Programme to help you gain the qualifications & confidence you may need for the future.

You'll learn techniques to de-escalate tension before it becomes a serious incident.
You'll recognise the impact of conflict on individuals and organisations.
You'll understand your responsibilities and the legal boundaries around managing conflict.
How you will learn
You'll study in a classroom at CTS Training Sheffield. Learning is delivered face to face, with group activities and discussion to explore real conflict scenarios. Assessment is through a short written test or multiple-choice questions, as required by the Highfield specification.

The centre will provide most materials. CTS Training Sheffield will confirm anything else you need before you start.
