No matter how well you did prior, we can help you get where you want to be on a CTS Study Programme to help you gain the qualifications & confidence you may need for the future.
What you will learn

You'll learn how to communicate calmly and assertively to de-escalate tense situations.
You'll understand the impact of conflict on individuals and organisations.
You'll recognise when and how to involve others, including security or emergency services.
You'll apply practical strategies to reduce the risk of conflict escalating.
You'll understand your legal responsibilities when dealing with conflict.
How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions at the centre in Rotherham. Teaching is delivered face to face, with group discussion and scenario-based activities. Assessment for the Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management is by a short written or multiple-choice test. The flexible study pattern means the centre can work with you on scheduling.
