Over 6 weeks, you'll cover working practices for office and administration roles, event planning and budgeting, and communication techniques for working with colleagues and customers. This free business admin course for adults is fully funded for eligible learners aged 19 and over living in England.
Who this course is for
A distance learning training course accompanied by online workshops on Teams covering the principles of business administration. Subjects covered include up-to-date working practices applicable to office and administration roles, business and administration practices including event planning and budgeting and effective communication techniques to aid interactions with colleagues and customers.
Entry requirements
Candidates must provide one of the following forms of identification:
Valid in-date passport (any nationality)
Signed in-date UK photocard driving licence
UK biometric residence permit card
Birth certificate (BUT, if a birth certificate is presented as proof of identification, an additional form of identification such as a signed bank card, utility bill or a letter issued by a government department must also be provided).

How you will learn

South Essex College's Employability Advisors are available by phone or email during office hours if you have questions or need guidance.
