How you will learn
The course is delivered online via Microsoft Teams. You attend live sessions from 11:00am to 12:30pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Learning methods include videos, independent research, group work, case studies, question and answer activities, report writing, PowerPoint presentations, creating leaflets, and witness statements. Your tutor gives feedback on every assignment. One-to-one support is available, and daily group workshops cover areas you find challenging. You will need a laptop or PC and internet access.
