What you will learn

How you will learn
Classes are hands-on and based in a well-equipped training restaurant. In week one you'll cover a theory session, with revision resources available via Google Classroom. You'll receive one-to-one feedback throughout on all aspects of drink preparation. A full mock assessment prepares you for the final assessments: a 7-drink practical covering preparation and presentation, and a 20-question short answer theory paper.

The centre will provide most materials. You will need to bring ingredients for a banana-based smoothie for your practical assessment. East Sussex College Eastbourne Campus will confirm anything else you need before you start.
