Free Level 1 Employability Skills Course in Oldbury. Classes run at Nova Training Oldbury, full-time during the day. Who this course is for

Employability Skills qualifications are designed to support an individual successfully gaining a job, progressing in a chosen field, preparing the individual for further study and supporting the development of techniques required for successful independent living.

This qualification is aimed at anyone who wants to live a more independent life, progress in education and/or their employment prospects; get into a job, develop on the job or move onto the next job, as they progress along the career ladder.

Entry requirements

Must be aged 16 to 18 and you don't need any previous experience in the industry already.

How you will learn

Assessment is through coursework and portfolio evidence gathered during the course. There are no written exams. Your tutor will guide you through each unit and give feedback as you progress.
