About this course

GCSE Maths in Eastbourne. Classes run at East Sussex College Eastbourne Campus, part-time during the day over 30 weeks.

If you're 19 or over and haven't already passed GCSE Maths at grade 4 or above, the course may be fully funded for you. Fees of £435 may apply otherwise. You'll study number skills, algebra, fractions, percentages, ratios, geometry, probability, graphs, and data handling. The course builds logical thinking alongside practical maths you can use every day.

You'll sit three exams at the end and finish with a GCSE in Mathematics.

How you will learn

You'll learn through classroom sessions at East Sussex College Eastbourne Campus. At the end of the course, you'll sit three written exams: one non-calculator paper and two calculator papers. Each paper lasts 90 minutes. Your scores from all three papers are combined to give your final grade.
