This course is for anyone aged 19 or over. No previous experience is required. Basic IT skills are essential. We will ask you to enrol on a BKSB assessment session. This will allow us to allocate the most suitable course for your individual level. We will

How you will learn

You'll learn in a classroom at Catterick Library & Information Centre, with a tutor guiding you through topics at a manageable pace. Assessment is by a written exam and an on-screen test, both set and marked externally by City and Guilds. You must pass both components to achieve the qualification. Your tutor will use the initial assessment to plan your learning and track your progress throughout the 18 weeks.
