  • You'll write simple sentences using basic punctuation and spelling.
  • You'll fill in forms and write short notes for everyday purposes.
  • You'll listen and respond in straightforward conversations.
  • You'll speak clearly enough to be understood in familiar situations.
  • You'll identify the main points from spoken information.

How you will learn

You'll learn in a classroom at Wellington House with a tutor and a small group. Assessment is through tasks that reflect everyday reading, writing, and speaking and listening situations. You'll be assessed on each skill area separately. The Entry Level 2 assessment is set and marked externally by City and Guilds.
