Free BTEC Level 3 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Course in Stoke-on-Trent. Classes run full-time at Stoke-on-Trent College Burslem Campus, five days a week during the day. The course runs for 34 weeks. You'll study the design, development, manufacture, and maintenance of engineering products and systems. Learning is built around projects and assignments based on realistic workplace situations. You'll need five GCSEs at grades 9 to 4, including English and Maths, with at least a grade 6 in Maths.
Who this course is for
This course provides the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in the design, development and manufacture and maintenance of engineering products and systems. Learning is achieved through the completion of projects and assignments based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands. The level 3 Extended Diploma is equivalent to three A-Levels and allows progression to higher education, higher apprenticeships or employment.
Entry requirements
Five GCSEs at grades A* to C (9 to 4) including English and Maths. You should have at least a grade B (6) in Maths GCSE.
