Who this course is for

This course is for you if you want to continue studying after completing ESOL Entry 1 and want to have conversations with colleagues or friends and talk about past, present and future events with confidence. In this course, you will develop speaking and listening, reading and writing skills. Each term includes all four skills but focuses on a specific skill for the exam taken in that term. When you pass each skill you will receive a certificate for that particular skill. To achieve the full ESOL Entry Level 2 qualification, you must pass Speaking and Listening Entry Level 2, Reading Entry Level 2 and Writing Entry Level 2.

Entry requirements

You will take an initial assessment which will determine your current level of English. You may join this course, if your assessed level is just below the standards at Entry Level 2.
