AAT Level 2 Certificate Accounting Course. Study online, at your own pace, fitting learning around your existing commitments. You combine independent online study with regular virtual classroom sessions, giving you real-time contact with a tutor and other learners. There are no qualification entry requirements, so you'll have an initial assessment to confirm this is the right level for you. The course takes around one year to complete. It covers the core principles of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial transactions.
Who this course is for
This AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Foundation course is an entry-level accounting qualification, ideal for anyone who is seeking an introduction to basic accounting principles and skills. This flexible course is delivered in partnership with Mindful Education, and combines independent online learning with regular virtual classroom sessions with an Activate Learning tutor – with real-time access to your tutor and fellow learners. This Level 2 course is part-funded, so the cost for students is reduced. On successful completion of this course, you might be eligible for a fully funded Level 3 course. How you will learn
You study independently online and attend regular virtual classroom sessions with a tutor. These live sessions let you ask questions and learn alongside other learners in real time. Assessment is through a combination of computer-based exams and synoptic assessments set by AAT. You complete these at approved assessment venues.
