AAT Level 2 Accounting Course in Southend-on-Sea. Evening classes run at South Essex College Southend Campus, part-time over 10 months. The course combines online study with fortnightly classroom sessions, so you can fit learning around your life. You'll cover double entry bookkeeping, basic costing principles, and accounting software. Entry requirements include the ability to work to a Level 2 standard in maths and English, plus a working knowledge of Excel and Word. A skills assessment is part of the application. Tuition fees are £660 and assessment fees are £300 for one sitting of each assessment.

Entry requirements
Ability to work to a Level 2 standard in Maths and English and a working knowledge of Excel and Word. A skills test to assess your suitability for the course. Please note AAT will not register anyone as a member if you have any of the following; you have been made bankrupt; entered into an agreement with creditors; any criminal convictions; found guilty of an offence under the Companies Act and Financial Services Act; or been issued a County Court Judgment.

Assessment is through AAT's own computer-based assessments. Tuition fees cover teaching; assessment fees of £300 cover one sitting of each assessment. If you need to resit, an additional fee applies.
