Entry requirements

Ability to work to a Level 2 standard in Maths and English and a working knowledge of Excel and Word. A skills test to assess your suitability for the course. Please note AAT will not register anyone as a member if you have any of the following; you have been made bankrupt; entered into an agreement with creditors; any criminal convictions; found guilty of an offence under the Companies Act and Financial Services Act; or been issued a County Court Judgment.

How you will learn

This is a blended course. You'll attend classroom sessions at South Essex College Southend Campus fortnightly, on every other Thursday, and complete online study between sessions. Assessment is by AAT computer-based assessments. The cost description covers one sitting of each assessment. If you need to resit, an additional fee applies.

What you will need to bring

You'll need a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word before you start. South Essex College Southend Campus will confirm anything else you need before your first session.
