Universal Credit at Cambridge Job Centre
You manage most of your Universal Credit claim online through your account. Use your online account to report a change, send a message to your work coach or check a payment. If you cannot get online, call the Universal Credit helpline for help with your claim. The helpline is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. The number is in the contact details above.
Change or cancel your appointment
