How you will learn
For learners aged 19 and over, learning is delivered on a one-to-one basis with an assigned tutor. Sessions combine monthly face-to-face meetings at Achievement Training Plymouth with remote learning between visits. You can start at any point in the year. Assessment is ongoing and tailored to your role; you must be in a paid leadership position, such as deputy manager or room leader, throughout the course.
