Entry requirements
Have GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or Level 2 Functional Skills) in English and Maths. Possess a good working knowledge of IT. Hold a relevant qualification in your area of specialism, at least Level 3. Be employed or in a placement that allows you to evidence: 150 hours of teaching practice (minimum 20 hours live online/remote). 100 hours of non-teaching practice (e.g., meetings, CPD). Two qualified mentors (subject specialist and pastoral), providing 30 minutes of weekly mentoring. 20 hours
