About this course

Level 5 Management and Leadership Course. Study online at your own pace, fitting learning around your work and other commitments. The course typically takes 3 months to complete. It covers the skills and knowledge that junior and middle managers need, across a range of industries and organisation types. You'll need English and Maths at Level 2 (Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE grade C/4 or above), though relevant leadership and management experience or qualifications may be considered. Prospective students are interviewed before starting. This is a CMI Level 5 management and leadership qualification.

Entry requirements

English and Maths at Level 2 (Level 2 FS or GCSE Grade C or above / 4 or above). Where the applicant does not meet the course entry requirements - Level 2 or GCSE qualification at grade C/4 or above in maths and/or English, entry will be considered on previous leadership and management qualifications.

Participants will normally be either practising or aspiring junior/middle managers.

Prospective students will be interviewed.
