How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom sessions held one evening per week at the college, supported by one-to-one coaching. Assessment is based on observed teaching practice in your workplace placement, written assignments, and reflective professional practice. You must be actively teaching in an FE or adult learning setting throughout the course, with a minimum of 250 placement hours available to you.
