The course deepens your understanding of verification processes and quality assurance methods across your sector. It typically takes 3 months to complete. To enrol, you'll need an A1 Assessor Award and occupational competence in the area you'll be verifying.

How you will learn
You learn through your day-to-day work role. Assessment is practice-based: you'll be observed carrying out internal quality assurance activities and will build a portfolio of evidence drawn from your workplace. You'll also complete written questions or professional discussion to demonstrate your understanding of quality assurance principles and processes.
