Level 4 IQA Course in Derby. Classes run at Derby College, part-time during the day, with one-to-one tutorials arranged on a flexible basis to fit around your work commitments. Your assessor visits you in the workplace every three to four weeks to guide you through the programme. The course runs over 24 weeks and develops your knowledge of internal quality assurance of assessment processes and practice. You'll need a relevant assessor qualification and up-to-date experience in your subject specialism to join.

How you will learn
Learning is delivered through one-to-one tutorials on a flexible schedule. Your assessor visits you in your workplace every three to four weeks, providing guidance and support throughout the programme. Assessment is based on your understanding of internal quality assurance theory and principles, developed through Unit 1 of the qualification. An interview is required before you start.
What you will need to bring
The centre will provide most materials. Derby College will confirm anything else you need before you start. You will need access to your organisation's policies and procedures, and ideally access to a qualified and experienced IQA to support you during the programme.
