About this course

Level 3 Makeup Artistry Course in Birmingham. Classes run at Encompass Beauty Birmingham, part-time during the day, and the course takes around five months to complete.

This qualification is funded through an Advanced Learning Loan, with registration and kit included in the cost. You'll cover applying makeup, fashion and photographic makeup, media makeup, camouflage makeup, and promoting products and services. An airbrush makeup unit is also available as an optional extra.

You'll finish with a VTCT Diploma in Make-Up Artistry at Level 3.

Who this course is for

This diploma will prepare you for a career as a make-up artist. The diploma includes: applying make-up, instruction on make-up, fashion and photographic make-up, media make-up, camouflage make-up and promoting products and services, We also offer airbrush make-up as an extra unit. Completion of this diploma can lead to: working in a commercial beauty salon, retail concession, working independently/self-employed/mobile/home-based. You could also apply to university to study further media make-up.
