Level 3 Leadership and Management Training. Study online at your own pace, fitting learning around your work and other commitments. The course is designed for team leaders and first line managers across any industry or sector. You'll build the management skills and knowledge needed to lead teams more effectively. The course takes around one year to complete. To enrol, you'll need GCSEs at grade 4 or above in English Language and Maths, or Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths.

You'll demonstrate your understanding of leadership and management principles through your written work, which is assessed against the City and Guilds qualification standards.
