About this course

Level 3 Leadership and Management Course. Study online, with one live teaching session per month and personal study around your schedule.

The course covers innovation and change in organisations, giving briefings, and leading people through workplace challenges. You study at your own pace over around six to eight months, with written assignments for each module and support available through an online platform. There are no formal entry requirements. You'll complete an initial assessment before you start, so the course can be matched to your needs.

You'll finish with a City and Guilds Certificate in Leadership and Management Skills at Level 3.
