An Advanced Learner Loan is available for learners aged 19 or over to help cover tuition fees. You repay it through the tax system once your earnings pass a set threshold. The course builds on your existing hairdressing skills. You'll develop advanced cutting, colouring, and creative styling techniques. It also covers client management and working independently at a professional level. The course takes around 18 months to complete.

You'll finish with the City and Guilds Diploma for Advanced and Creative Hair Professionals.

Your assessor will observe you working with clients and review your progress throughout the course.
