Level 3 Hair Services Course in Lancaster. Classes run at Lancaster & Morecambe College, full-time during the day. This is a one-year course and builds on Level 2 Hairdressing. Entry requires Level 2 Hairdressing plus English and maths at grade C/4 or higher. You'll develop advanced cutting, colouring, and styling techniques in professional salon facilities, working with members of the public to build real experience. The course includes employability skills, careers learning, and employer encounters such as guest speakers. For 16 to 18 year olds, maths and English support and work experience are included as part of the study programme.

This course is designed for 16-18 year old and adult learners the course will include a substantial amount of careers related learning designed to support progression to the suitable next step, this could include educational trips, employability skills and employer encounters such as guest speakers. For 16-18 year old will be delivered as a study programme which includes math and English where applicable and work experience.
Entry requirements
Level 2 Hairdressing plus English and maths at grade C/4 or higher.
Entry criteria will be applied at the discretion of the course manager.
