Entry requirements
Whilst not essential, it is recommended that delegates have completed a Level 3 Award in Food Safety, or equivalent.

You'll learn how to implement HACCP procedures in a food production or catering environment.
You'll identify food safety hazards and the controls used to manage them.
You'll understand how to maintain and review an existing HACCP system.
How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions over two full days at Train2Train in Wakefield. Teaching covers HACCP theory and practical application to food manufacturing and catering environments. Assessment is through a written examination or knowledge-based assessment set by Highfield. The centre will confirm the exact assessment format before your course starts.
