It merges the C&G 2391-50 and 2391-51 courses, encompassing both initial verification and periodic assessments. This qualification is intended for electricians that hold relevant Level 3 Electrotechnical qualifications, who want to undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD), learn new skills, and enhance their understanding of initial and periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations.

Participants must be 18 or over. This qualification is intended for practising electricians, holding a relevant level 3 qualification (such as C&G 2365/2357/2330/8282/5357/5393, equivalent historic qualifications or other awarding organisation equivalent). Up to date 18th Edition certificate and a good understanding of IET Wiring Regulations BS7671.
