Level 2 Safeguarding and Prevent Course. Study online. You work through the course at your own pace, fitting study around your existing commitments without travelling to a centre. The course covers safeguarding principles and the Prevent duty, giving you the knowledge to recognise and respond to harm and radicalisation in professional settings. It runs over two years. No formal qualifications are required to enrol, though a good level of written English and maths is expected.

How you will learn
The course is delivered entirely online by distance learning. You'll be allocated a personal tutor at the start who will support you throughout. All learning and assessment materials are provided through the online platform. You submit written assessments and receive written feedback from your tutor. Ongoing support is available through remote tutorials. You study in your own time, with no fixed class schedule.
