Free Level 2 Safeguarding and Prevent Course in Redbridge. Classes run at New City College Ilford Campus, part-time during the day. The course runs over 7 weeks, making it manageable alongside other commitments. You'll cover how to recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns, and how the Prevent duty works in practice. This free safeguarding and prevent course for adults is open to learners aged 19 or over. The level 2 safeguarding and prevent qualification is awarded by NCFE.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions at New City College Ilford Campus. Assessment is through written assignments and knowledge-based tasks that you complete during the course. There are no exams. Your tutor will guide you through each topic in class, and you'll have the chance to discuss real scenarios and ask questions as you go.
