Level 2 Safeguarding and Prevent Course. Study online at your own pace, fitting learning around your work and other commitments. The course covers safeguarding principles, the Prevent Duty, and online safety, building your knowledge of how to protect people in settings where you hold a duty of care. You need to be 18 or over to enrol. The course takes around 132 hours to complete. This is a level 2 safeguarding and prevent qualification awarded by NCFE.
Who this course is for
The purpose of this qualification is to increase the learner’s knowledge and awareness of the Prevent Duty and safeguarding, including online safety. By completing the qualification, learners will develop knowledge of safeguarding in an environment where they have a duty of care.

How you will learn
You study entirely online, working through course materials at your own pace. Assessment is through written assignments or knowledge-based tasks completed online. You submit your work digitally and receive feedback from an assessor. No classroom attendance is required.
