Level 2 Leadership and Team Skills Course in Bodmin. Classes run at STEM and Health Skills Centre over three days, part-time during the day. The course covers the core skills of leading and managing a team, from communication and motivation to improving team performance. It suits practising team leaders and supervisors, as well as those stepping into a leadership role for the first time. You'll apply what you learn directly to your own workplace.

This programme is designed for practising team leaders and supervisors. It is also ideal for new team leaders, helping to support the transition from working in a team to leading a team.
