How you will learn

Assessment is work-based. You build a portfolio of evidence drawn from your day-to-day practice in your care role. This includes observations by an assessor in your workplace, professional discussions, and written or reflective accounts. Your assessor will visit you at work to observe your practice and review your evidence against the units in your chosen pathway.
