Our trainers are passionate about anything to do with food and food safety and are able to adapt courses to make food safety training relevant, informative and enjoyable. All of our courses are available at college centres across Bristol or at your place of work (provided the environment is suitable).

Teaching is adapted to your specific food environment, whether that's catering, retail, manufacturing, or community settings. Assessment is by a short written test at the end of the course. You'll need to pass this to earn your certificate.
