Free Level 2 Equality and Diversity Course. Study online at your own pace, fitting learning around work, family, or other commitments. This NCFE equality and diversity qualification takes 12 weeks to complete. You'll study topics covering discrimination, rights, and inclusive practice, all through distance learning with tutor support throughout. The course is funded through the Government's Adult Skills Fund, so it may be free for you. A good level of written English and maths is needed to start. No formal qualifications are required. You'll finish with an NCFE Certificate in Equality and Diversity.

How you will learn
The course is delivered entirely online by distance learning. You'll be assigned a personal tutor at the start who supports you throughout. All learning and assessment materials are provided online. You submit written assessments, and your tutor gives written feedback on each one. You'll also have access to remote tutorial sessions. There are no exams. Assessment is based on the work you submit during the 12 weeks.
