Who this course is for

This course is designed to introduce both technical and creative skills. You will develop a portfolio that evidences use of the camera and all the controls, menus and then use equipment to capture images. Some location shoots will be included either as part of a session or for homework. Post capturing the images; learn how to use basic software for simple editing and filing. Final outcomes will be in a selection of images alongside a working notebook.

  • This course requires confident basic IT skills, such as being able to transfer images between a memory card and a USB drive, print images, and use a mouse confidently.
