NVQ Level 3 Hairdressing Course in Witney. Evening classes run at Abingdon & Witney College Witney Campus, full-time over one week. If you're 16 to 18 years old, the course may be free. If you're 19 or over, fees may apply. To join this level 3 NVQ hairdressing course, you'll need five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English or Maths, plus a Level 2 hairdressing qualification with English and Maths no lower than grade 3 or Functional Skills Level 2. You'll build advanced salon skills across cutting, colouring, and styling.

Entry requirements
5 GCSEs at grade 4 including English or Maths AND a pass in the subject at level 2 with English and Maths not lower than a grade 3/Functional Skills L2 and at least grade 4 in one of English or Maths.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions in the evening. Assessment combines practical observations in a salon environment, written assignments, and professional discussions. You'll be assessed on your ability to carry out services to industry standards. A portfolio of evidence supports your practical assessments throughout the course.
