This qualification is designed for learners working in managerial or leadership roles within health and social care or children and young people’s services. It is suitable for Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers and Managers who want to develop their leadership skills and progress their careers in care management.
Entry requirements
Learners must be aged 19 or over. It is recommended that learners hold a Level 3 qualification or above in a related area. Learners should also be working in a Deputy Manager or Manager role, or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles.
