About this course

Level 3 Travel and Tourism Course in Norwich. Classes run at City College Norwich, full-time over two years. If you're 16 to 18 years old on 31 August before your course starts, tuition is free. If you're 19 or over, fees may apply.

The course covers the course industry in depth. You'll explore destinations, customer service, travel products, marketing, and how the industry operates globally. The college has links with local and national travel companies, who share their industry knowledge with students. You'll need five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English Language and maths, to join.

You'll finish with an NCFE Extended Diploma in Travel and Tourism at Level 3.

The travel industry is a fast paced industry which offers a variety of career opportunities both in the UK and abroad. This two year course provides an excellent grounding in the skills and knowledge required for a career in this industry. We have many links with local and national companies in the travel industry who are there to support our students and share their industry knowledge. Please Note: The Extended Diploma is delivered as a two year programme: Students are expected to satisfactorily complete year 1 of the programme prior to being considered for progression to year 2. Entry requirements

Achieve 5 GCSE's at grade 4 or above, including English Language and maths.
