Free BTEC National Extended Diploma in Sport in London. Classes run at London Nautical, City of London Academy.
It is open to students in the school's Football or Basketball Academy. You'll build specialist knowledge in sport science, coaching, fitness, and performance. The course covers anatomy, physiology, sports psychology, and practical coaching skills.
You'll finish with a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport.

BTEC National Sport qualifications are for post-16 learners wishing to specialise in a specific industry, occupation or occupational group. The qualifications give learners specialist knowledge and skills, enabling entry to an Apprenticeship or other employment, or progression to related higher education courses. Learners taking these qualifications must have a significant level of employer involvement in their programmes.
A broad basis of study for the sport sector equivalent in size to three A Levels. It is a two-year, full-time course that meets entry requirements in its own right for learners who want to progress to higher education courses.
Grade 3 and above in GCSE PE.
